Appointment Duration

Appointment durations are stated for most Services and will be confirmed in writing. If appointments run over time due to circumstances or at the request of the client, an additional hourly rate will be charged, which will be agreed with the client at the time. Special requests are available and will be charged accordingly.


Short breaks will be taken during most appointments at the discretion of Helen Richardson and are not charged for.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash in either full or part. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for six months from the issue date. Bookings must be made before the expiry date stated on the gift voucher and it is the responsibility of the purchaser or the voucher owner to arrange the booking. Gift vouchers are only valid once Helen Richardson has received full payment.


If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, you must inform Helen Richardsonat least 48 hours before the scheduled time.


Exchanges on any services are at the discretion of Helen Richardson.


In order to secure your booking a nominal deposit is required prior to your time with Helen. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable.


Helen maintains an email list to keep customers informed about events, offers, news and tips. Individuals must ask to join our mailing lists by registering on the Helen Richardson website. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade or lease the addresses on our mailing list to anyone.
